Supported Features

The Okta/OC Tanner SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Send an email to OC Tanner Support at sso@octanner.com and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account. The subject of the email message should be: <YourCompanyName> - Okta SAML Integration, where <YourCompanyName> is the company name you used when you registered with OC Tanner.

2. Save, then attach the following Metadata file to your request:

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. Support team will process your request and will provide you with the URL that is for SP-initiated SSO.

4. Done!
