Supported Features

The Okta/NeotaLogic SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO
• JIT (Just In Time) Provisioning

Configuration Steps

1. Login to your Neotalogic account as an administrator at https://[your-neotalogic-subdomain].neotalogic.com/wb.

2. Navigate to Configuration.

   

3. Scroll down the page and click on Authentication Modes Settings.

   

4. Click on Add Authentication Mode, then enter the following (see screen shot at the end of step for reference):

   • Details: Copy and paste the following IDP Metadata:

     Sign in to Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

   • Click Save Details.

   

5. Done!

Notes

Make sure that you entered the correct value in the Subdomain field under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to NeotaLogic.
