How to Configure SAML 2.0 for MyWebTimesheets

The Okta/MyWebTimesheets Pro SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Sign into your MyWebTimesheets account.

  2. Navigate to System Setup > Company SAML Settings:

  3. Click the Edit SAML Settings icon:

  4. Enter the following:

    • Login URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Certificate: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Is Enable: Check Yes.

    • Click Save.

  5. Done!

Notes

Make sure that you entered the correct value in the subdomain field under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to MyWebTimesheets.


SP-initiated SSO

  1. Go to: https://[your-subdomain].mywebtimesheets.com.

  2. Click SAML:
