How to Configure SAML 2.0 for MobileManager

The Okta/MobileManager SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Send an email to MobileManager and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Login URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Logout URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • IDP Issuer/Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • x.509 Certificate (in cert format): Download, then attach the following certificate:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

  3. MobileManager support will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the app.

  4. Done!
