Supported Features

The Okta/ListenTool SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the ListenTool Support team (feedback@listentool.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Include the following IDP Metadata URL with your request:

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. The ListenTool Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. Done!
