Supported Features

The Okta/LiGO SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the MarshallGIS Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Include the following data with your request:

   • Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. MarshallGIS will process your request and provide you with the Single Sign on Url and Audience URI values.

4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the LiGO app, then click Edit.

   • Scroll down to the ADVANCED SIGN-ON SETTINGS section.

   • Enter the Single Sign on Url and Audience URI values you received from LiGO (Step 3) into the corresponding fields.

   • Click Save:

   

5. Done!

Notes

Make sure that you entered the correct values in the Single Sign On Url and Audience URI fields under the Sign On tab in Okta. Using the wrong values will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to LiGO.
