How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Klue

The Okta/Klue SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact your Account Manager or Klue Support team (support@klue.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following information with your address:

    • IdP Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • IdP SSO target url: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • x.509 Certificate: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
  3. Your Account Manager or Klue Support team will process your request and will provide you with values for ACS URL (https://app.klue.com/account/auth/saml/[CustomerID]/callback) and SP Entity ID.

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Klue app, then click Edit.

    • Scroll down to the ADVANCED SIGN-ON SETTINGS section.

    • Enter the values for Customer ID and SP Entity ID into the corresponding fields.

    • Click Save:

    Okta Sign On, Advanced Settings, enter Customer ID and SP Entity ID

  5. Done!
