The Okta/Kinaxis SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Contact the Kinaxis Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.
Save, then attach the following Metadata file to your request:
Sign in to the Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you
The Kinaxis Support team will process your request, enable SAML, and provide you with the SSO Link in the format:
New Format:
https://[yourDatacenterPrefix].kinaxis.net/yourCompanyID/saml2
Old Format:
https://rapidresponse[yourDatacenterPrefix].kinaxis.com/[yourCompanyID]/saml2
In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Kinaxis app and scroll down to Advanced Sign-on Settings.
OPTIONAL: Default Relay State: Enter mobile if you need to use RapidResponse Mobile client for the IDP-initiated flow; otherwise leave it blank.
Check New format of the SSO link box if you have a new format of the SSO link, otherwise leave it unchecked.
Enter your Datacenter Prefix and yourCompanyID (step 3) into the corresponding fields.
Click Save.

For the RapidResponse Mobile client: Go to https://[yourDatacenterPrefix].kinaxis.net/Mobile/yourCompanyID/saml2
