Supported Features

The Okta/Jama Software SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO
• JIT (Just In Time) Provisioning

Configuration Steps

1. Send an email to Jama Software Support and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Attach the following IDP Metadata to your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
3. Ask Jama Software to use the following attribute mappings:
   
   • Map First name to givenname.
   • Map Last name to sn.
4. Jama Software will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

5. Done!

The following SAML attributes are supported:

Name	Value
givenName	user.firstName
sn	user.lastName

Where <yourSubDomain> is your Jama Software subdomain.
