How to Configure SAML 2.0 for InstaCheckin

Supported Features

The Okta/InstaCheckin SAML integration currently supports the following features:


Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the InstaCheckin Support team (support@instacheckin.io) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Save, then attach the following Metadata file to your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. The InstaCheckin Support team will process your request and will provide you with your Customer ID value.

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the InstaCheckin app, then click Edit.

    • Enter your Customer ID value provided to you by InstaCheckin into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save:
