How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Innotas

Supported Features

The Okta/innotas SAML integration currently supports the following features:


Configuration Steps

  1. Open a customer care ticket and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Save, then attach the following IdP Metadata file to your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. The customer care team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

  4. In Okta, select the General tab for the innotas SAML app, then click Edit.

    • Enter your Subdomain into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save.

  5. Done!


Notes

SP-initiated SSO

  1. Go to: https://secure.innotas.com/index.jsp.

  2. Click Login with Single Sign-On:
