How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Imagineer Clienteer

The Okta/Imagineer Clienteer SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact clienteer@itgny.com or your existing client services contact and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Attach the following Metadata URL to your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. Your client services contact will provide you with your Imagineer Clienteer ACS Url.

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Imagineer Clienteer SAML app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the ACS Url provided to you by Imagineer Clienteer into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save:

  5. Done!


Notes

The following SAML attributes are required:

  1. Go to your Clienteer Login page.

  2. Click Login with Okta:
