Supported Features

The Okta/IMS Health SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Send an email to the IMS Health Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Save the following IDP Metadata as metadata.xml and attach it to the email :

   Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

3. The IMS Health Support team team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. Done!

Notes

Make sure you selected the correct Environment under the General tab in Okta. Guidelines for your Environment:

• If your SSO URL is: https://incential.imshealth.com/ICM5Web/Web/Main/SSOOkta.aspx: Select Production
• If your SSO URL is: https://incential.imshealth.com/ICM5WebTest/Web/Main/SSOOkta.aspx: Select Test
