How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Hoshinplan

Supported Features

The Okta/Hoshinplan SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Email Hoshinplan Support and request that they enable SAML 2.0 Single Sign On for your account.

  2. Include the following information with your request:

    • Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

    • Company Domain: Your email domain value.

  3. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Hoshinplan SAML app, then click Edit:

    • Scroll down to the ADVANCED SIGN-ON SETTINGS section.

    • Enter your Company Domain value (step 2) into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save:

  4. Hoshinplan will process your request and after receiving a confirmation email from them, you can start assigning people to the application.
  5. Done!


Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported:


SP-initiated SSO

  1. Open https://www.hoshinplan.com/ URL and click LOGIN.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click LOGIN:
