How to Configure SAML 2.0 for HireVue

The Okta/HireVue SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact your HireVue professional services or customer success manager at 800.655.4106 and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following data with your request:

    • Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • SSO Service HTTP-POST Binding URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Signing Certificate: Download, then upload and attach the following certificate (.cert format):

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

  3. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the HireVue app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the following Default Relay State:

      /#/home.

    • Click Save.

  4. HireVue will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

  5. Done!
