Supported Features

The Okta/HelloSign SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Login to your HelloSign account.

2. Navigate to Integrations > Team, scroll down to the SAML SSO option, then check the Enable SAML SSO box:

   

3. Enter the following (see screenshot at end of steps for reference):

   • Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • Identity Provider Issuer: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • X.509 Certificate: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • Allow just-in-time (JIT) provisioning: Check this box to support JIT (Note: JIT is currently not supported, but is planned to be added soon).

   • Click Save:

   

4. Done!

The following SAML attributes are supported:

Name	Value
FirstName	user.firstName
LastName	user.lastName

1. Go to: https://app.hellosign.com/account/logIn.

2. Enter your EMAIL ADDRESS.
