Supported Features

The Okta/HappyFox SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Sign into HappyFox as an administrator.

2. Navigate to Manage > Integrations > SAML Integration > Configure:

   

3. Select Yes for SAML Integration active.

4. Enter the following SSO Target URL:

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

5. Copy and paste the following IdP Signature:

   Sign in to the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

6. Select Save Settings.

7. Done!

Notes

• Make sure that you entered the correct value in the subdomain field and selected the top-level domain value under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to HappyFox.

• The following SAML attributes are supported:

  Name	Value
  User.FirstName	user.firstName
  User.LastName	user.lastName
