Supported Features

The Okta/Greenhouse Onboarding SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the Greenhouse Support team at support@greenhouse.io and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Include the following information with your request:

   • SAML Fingerprint: Copy and paste the following:

     • SHA1:

       Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

     • SHA2:

       Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • SSO URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • IDP Issuer/Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

3. Greenhouse will process your request and will provide you with the ACS Url value.

4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Greenhouse Onboarding SAML app, then click Edit:

   • Enter the ACS Url value provided to you by Greenhouse into the corresponding field.

   • Click Save:

   

5. Done!

1. Go to https://onboarding.greenhouse.io/users/sign_in URL.

2. Enter your email or username, then click Next:
