Supported Features

The Okta/GoodData SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Send an email to GoodData Support (support@gooddata.com). In the message:

   • Request SAML 2.0 access for your company.
   • Request the Authorization Provider set to okta.
   • Request the DefaultRelayState set to /.

2. Include the following information with your email:

   • Redirect Login URL:

     Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

   • External Key (Identity Provider Issuer):

     Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

   • Public certificate:

     Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. The GoodData Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.
