How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Fuze

Supported Features

The Okta/Fuze apps SAML integration currently supports the following features:


Configuration Steps

  1. Send an email to the Fuze Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Attach the following data to the email:

    • Identity Provider Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.
    • Identity Provider Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
  3. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Fuze app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the following value into the Default Relay State field:

      1.eyJyZWRpcmVjdFVyaSI6ImZ1emU6Ly9ob3N0IiwiZXJyb3JSZWRpcmVjdFVyaSI6ImZ1emU6Ly9ob3N0IiwidG9rZW5JblF1ZXJ5U3RyaW5nIjp0cnVlLCJhcHBsaWNhdGlvbklkIjoiMjQxMTI5NzQ3NDkxMzIzOTA1IiwiY29va2llRHJvcCI6dHJ1ZSwidG9rZW5UeXBlIjoiY29kZSIsImlkcElkIjoiLTEifQ==
    • Click Save

  4. The Fuze Support team will contact you once the setup is complete.

  5. Done!



Notes

For SP-initiated SSO

  1. Open this URL: https://portal.thinkingphones.com/jetspeed/portal/

  2. Enter your username into the corresponding field.

  3. Click Next:
