How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Fuze Customer Portal

  1. Send an email to the Fuze Customer Portal support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Attach the following data to the email:

    • Identity Provider Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.
    • Identity Provider Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
  3. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Fuze Customer Portal app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the following value into the Default Relay State field:

      aHR0cHM6Ly9wb3J0YWwudGhpbmtpbmdwaG9uZXMuY29tL2pldHNwZWVkL2xvZ2luL3JlZGlyZWN0b3IsMjQwOTkwMDg1NjIzODQwNzY5LGZhbHNlLHRydWU=
      
    • Click Save

  4. The Fuze Customer Portal support team will contact you once the setup is complete.

  5. Done!


Notes:

IdP-initiated flows and SP-initiated flows are supported.

Just In Time (JIT) provisioning is not supported.

For SP-initiated Flows

  1. Open this URL: https://portal.thinkingphones.com/jetspeed/portal/

  2. Enter your username into the corresponding field.

  3. Click Next:
