How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Findo

  1. Contact the Findo Support team (enterprise@findo.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following information with your request:

    • IdP Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

    • SSO URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Certificate: Download and save the following as cert.pem, then attach to your request:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

  3. The Findo Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

  4. Done!


Notes:

The following attributes are supported:

SP-initiated flows, IDP-initiated flows, and Just in Time (JIT) provisioning are all supported.

For SP-initiated Flows

  1. Go to: https://findo.com/sso/Saml2/Login.

  2. Enter your email, then click Next:
