Supported Features

The Okta/Engagio SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the Engagio Support team (support@engagio.com) and request that they enable SAML for your organization.

2. Save, then attach the following Metadata file to your request:

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. The Engagio Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Engagio app, then click Edit.

   • Enter https://app.engagio.com/ into the Default Relay State field.

   • Click Save.

   

5. Done!

1. Go to: https://app.engagio.com/login.html.

2. Enter your Email address.

3. Click Submit:
