How to Configure SAML 2.0 for EmployeeChannel

Supported Features

The Okta/EmployeeChannel SAML integration currently supports the following feature:


Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the EmployeeChannel Support team okta-support@employeechannelinc.com and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account. 

  2. Include the following Metadata URL with your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. The EmployeeChannel Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

  4. Done!
