Supported Features

The Okta/ERP Maestro SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the ERP Maestro Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your organization. Also ask them to provide you with the encryption certificate.

2. Include the following data with your request:

   • Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

   • Instance: Specify either Production or UAT.

3. The ERP Maestro support team will process your request and provide you with the encryption certificate file. Save this file.

4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the ERP Maestro app, then click Edit.

   • Click Browse to locate the Encryption Certificate you saved earlier (step 3), then Upload it to Okta.

   • Click Save:

   

5. Done!

Notes

Make sure that you selected the correct Instance type value and entered the correct value in the Subdomain field under the General application tab in Okta. Using the wrong values will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to ERP Maestro.
