Supported Features

The Okta/Droplr SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO
• JIT (Just In Time) Provisioning

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the Droplr Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Provide them with the domain for your enterprise email account.

3. Droplr will send you back a Connection Name.

4. Provide Droplr with the following information:

   • Login URL/SignOn URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • IDP Issuer/Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • x.509 Certificate: Copy and paste the following in PEM Text Format:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

5. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Droplr app, then click Edit.

   • Enter the Connection Name provided to you by Droplr (step 3) into the corresponding field.

   • Click Save.

   

6. Droplr will inform you when SAML has been set up.

7. Done!

Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported:

Name	Value
email	user.email

SP-initiated SSO

1. Open the following URL: https://auth.droplr.com/sso.

2. Enter your Work Email.

3. Click Continue:
