Supported Features

The Okta/Desk.com SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Log into Desk.com as an Administrator.

3. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Single Sign-On.

4. Select SAML SSO, then enter the following:

   • Authentication Service Name: Enter Okta.

   • Remote login URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign in to the Okta Admin app to generate this value.

   • Certificate fingerprint: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign in to the Okta Admin app to generate this value.

   • Click Save button:

   

6. Done!
