Supported Features

The Okta/Content Insights SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Login to your Content Insights instance as a domain owner.

2. Navigate to Settings > Single Sign-on.

3. Do the following:

   • Default Relay State: Make a note of this value.

   • Enable Single Sign-on: Set this to enabled.

   • Sign-on URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • IDP Issuer/Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • x.509 Certificate in text format: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • Click Save.

   

4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Content Insights app, then click Edit value.

   • Enter the Default Relay State value from step 3 into the corresponding field.

   • Click Save.

   

5. Done!

Notes

SP-initiated SSO

1. Open the following URL: https://contentinsights.com/user/federationidentity.

2. Enter your Email address.

3. Click Sign in.
