How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Collective Health

The Okta/Collective Health Member Portal SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the Collective Health Support team (partnertechnicalsupport@collectivehealth.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following IDP Metadata URL with your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. The Collective Health Support team will process your request and will provide you with an Employer ID.

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Collective Health app, then click Edit.

    • Scroll down to the ADVANCED SIGN-ON SETTINGS section.

    • Enter the Employer ID from step 3 into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save.

  5. Done!
