The Okta/Collective Health Employer Portal SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Contact the Collective Health Support team at sso@collectivehealth.com and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your organization. Also ask them to provide you with the Employer ID value.
Include the following with your request:
Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:
Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.
Certificate: Download, save, then attach the following certificate:
Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
The Collective Health Support team will process your request and will provide you with an Employer ID.
In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Collective Health Employer Portal app, then click Edit.
Scroll down to the ADVANCED SIGN-ON SETTINGS section.
Enter the Employer ID value from step 3 into the corresponding field.
Click Save.
Done!
Make sure that you selected the correct value in the Environment field under the General application tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to Collective Health Employer Portal.
