How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Cloudlock

Supported Features

The Okta/Cisco Cloudlock SAML integration currently supports the following features:


Configuration Steps

  1. Contact Cloudlock Support (support@cloudlock.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Save, then attach the following Metadata file to your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. CloudLock Support will process your request and will provide you with Cloudlock Domain and Company Domain values.

  4. In Okta, select the General tab for the Cisco Cloudlock app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the Cloudlock Domain and Company Domain values provided to you by Cloudlock into the corresponding fields.

    • Click Save.

  5. Done!


Notes

For SP-initiated SSO

  1. Go to: https://[your-cloudLock-domain].

  2. Select SAML from the dropdown list.

  3. Enter your Email, then click GO:
