How to Configure SAML 2.0 for ClearBenefits

Supported Features

The Okta/ClearBenefits SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the ClearBenefits Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following information to your request:

    • Certificate: Save, then attach the following:

      Sign into the Okta Administrator Dashboard to generate this value.

    • Metadata: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. The ClearBenefits Support team will process your request and will provide you with your Organization ID value.

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the ClearBenefits SAML app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the Organization ID provided to you by ClearBenefits into the corresponding fields.

    • Click Save:

  5. Done!
