Supported Features

The Okta/Civis Platform SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact your Client Success analyst and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Provide the following information with your request:

   • Signing Certificate: Download and save, then attach the following certificate:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • Identity Provider SAML URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign in to the Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

   • Identity Provider Login URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign in to the Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

3. Once you’ve provided this information, your Client Success analyst can enable SSO for your organization.

4. Done!

1. Open the following URL: https://platform.civisanalytics.com/users/sign_in.

2. Enter your username or email address.

3. Click Next:
