Supported Features

The Okta/Chrome River SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact your ChromeRiver account representative and request that they turn on SAML support. support@chromeriver.com

2. Include the following Redirect URL.

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. Paste the following certificate into the email to support.

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

   Note: IdP-initiated and SP-initiated flows are supported. Just In Time (JIT) provisioning is not supported.

Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported:

Name	Value
CustomerId	org.companyId

SP-initiated SSO

• Production Environment

  Open the following URL: https://app.chromeriver.com/login/sso/saml/consume?customerId=[yourCompanyId].

• QA Environment

  Open the following URL: https://qa-app.chromeriver.com/login/sso/saml/consume?customerId=[yourCompanyId] .
