How to Configure SAML 2.0 for BrainShark

Supported Features

The Okta/BrainShark SAML integration currently supports the following features:


Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the BrainShark Support team (support@brainshark.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Attach the following information to your request:

    • EntityID: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign in to the Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

    • SSO URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign in to the Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

    • Certificate: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
  3. The BrainShark support team will process your request and will provide you with a Location URL.

  4. In Okta, select the General tab for the BrainShark SAML app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the Location URL provided to you by BrainShark into the ACS URL field.

    • Select your Environment.

    • Click Save.

  5. Done!
