Supported Features

The Okta/BearTracks SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the BearTracks Support team (support@bearriver.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Save, then attach the following Metadata file to your request:

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. The BearTracks Support team will process your request and will provide you with the Company ID value.

4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the BearTracks SAML app, then click Edit.

   • Enter the Company ID value provided to you by the Support team into the corresponding field.

   • Click Save:

   

5. Done!

Notes

• Make sure you select the correct Environment under the General tab in Okta.

• The following SAML attributes are supported:

  Name	Value
  uid	user.userName

SP-initiated SSO
