How to Configure SAML 2.0 for AngelPoints

Supported Features

The Okta/AngelPoints SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Ask AngelPoints Customer Support and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following information with your request:

    • External key: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign in to the Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

    • Public certificate: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign in to the Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

    • IDP Metadata: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign in to Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.
  3. AngelPoints Customer Support will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

  4. Done!


Notes

Make sure that you entered the correct value in the Your AngelPoints URL field under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to AngelPoints.
