Supported Features

The Okta/23 Video SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the 23 Video Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Include the following IDP Metadata with your request: Copy and paste the following:

   Sign in to Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

3. The 23 Video Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. Done!

Notes

• Make sure that you entered the correct value in the Base URL field under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to 23 Video.

• The following SAML attributes are supported:

  Name	Value
  first_name	user.firstName
  last_name	user.lastName
  email_address	user.userName
