Supported Features

The Okta/POPin SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO
• JIT (Just In Time) Provisioning

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the POPin Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Attach the following IDP Metadata URL to your request:

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. The POPin Support team will process your request and provide you with their URL in the following format:

   https://[your-popin-subdomain].popinnow.com/saml/sso/[customer-id]

4. Done!

Notes

Make sure that you entered the correct value in the SSO URL field under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to POPin.

SP-initiated SSO

1. Go to https://[your-popin-subdomain].popinnow.com/#/signin.

2. Enter your email address.

3. Click Submit.
