How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Epromo - E-Store

The Okta/Epromo - E-Store SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the Epromo Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following with your request:

    • IDP Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

    • Certificate: Download then attach the following certificate:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

  3. The Epromo Support team will process your request and will provide you with their SSO URL in the following format:

    https://store.epromo.com/saml_authenticate.php?acctid=[customerID]

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Epromo - E-Store app, then click Edit.

    • Scroll down to the ADVANCED SIGN-ON SETTINGS section.

    • Enter the Customer ID value (step 3) into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save.

  5. Done!
