Supported Features

The Okta/COMPAS Technology SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the COMPAS Technology Support team at support@mycompas.com and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Attach the following IDP Metadata URL to your request:

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. The COMPAS Technology Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. Done!

Notes

Make sure that you entered the correct value in the Subdomain field under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to COMPAS Technology.

SP-initiated SSO

1. Go to https://[your-compas-subdomain].mycompas.com/staff/login.aspx.

2. Click Login with SAML SSO.
